This is a cradleboard doll Christmas tree ornament. Each doll and cradleboard is individually hand made. The cradleboard is a replica of an authentic carrier that Navajos to this day use to carry their babies. Each piece is unique and different. This ornament was made by Navajo artist Lisa Benally. The ornament is about 3 inches long and 1.75 inches wide, at its widest point. |
