This is a small sized medicine wheel, 4 inches across. The medicine wheel has four bones and two feathers in the center. The total length with the six hanging feathers and the leather hanging thong is about 10 inches. This medicine wheel has sterling silver beads at the top of each feather. The medicine wheel is part of a the shamans use of spiritual energy. It is a wheel of protection which allows the shamans to gather surrounding energies into a focal point and to commune with Spirit, Self and Nature to help heal the ailing.
