This is a medium sized medicine wheel that is 5 inches across. The total length with the three hanging feathers and the leather hanging thong is about 18 inches. This medicine wheel has a small representation of a buffalo head at the center. There is an arrow head on one side and a small medicine pouch on the other. Below the medicine pouch are several strands of horse hair. At the top, right below the hanging thong is a crystal. The medicine wheel is part of a shamans use of spiritual energy. It is a wheel of protection which allows the shamans to gather surrounding energies into a focal point and to commune with Spirit, Self and Nature to help heal the ailing.
