Recently the Navajo silversmiths have started working with a new stone. They call this stone "Boulder". The stone is the raw ore that surrounds a vein of turquoise. The stone is mined with the vein running through. When finished the stone shows the beauty of turquoise in its natural state. This bracelet is signed with the intials K.Y. The bracelet has a soft brown to a dark brown color, with a vein of turquoise running vertically through it. The stone is about 1 inch long and .75 inches wide. The bracelet is about 6 inches around. |
