Recently the Navajo silversmiths have started working with a new stone. They call this stone "Boulder". The stone is the raw ore that surrounds a vein of turquoise. The stone is mined with the vein running through. When finished the stone shows the beauty of turquoise in its natural state. This is a Navajo pendant signed with the intials A.G. The pendant has a soft brown to copper color, with a vein of turquoise running diagonally through it. The pendant is about 1.25 inches long and .75 inches wide. The pendant hangs from a 18" sterling silver chain.
